We had a great stay at Paco Business Hotel! The renovated rooms were nice and the breakfast was amazing. We especially loved hanging out in the Cafe where breakfast was served. The location was convenient and we appreciated the unlimited bottles of water provided for free. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a separate shower and toilet. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries and slippers, which was a nice touch. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was very close to restaurants, the subway station, and even the Canton fair. I also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant, which had a few good options and served a delicious dinner. I was very impressed with the service and amenities provided by this hotel.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and dining options. the staff was friendly and helpful, even offering translation assistance. the free shuttle to a nearby attraction was a nice bonus. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast service could have been better. Some servers seemed to be bothered by guests coming in at different times, and on one occasion, they refused to serve breakfast even though the advertised hours had not yet ended.

The hotel provides free bottled water and soft drinks. Front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, efficient, and provide quick resolution for issues. the location is quite convenient for downtown and some restaurants are nearby.

The lobby area is not well-lit and carpets need a good cleaning.

The hotel's location is perfect with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities are excellent with comfortable beds and pillows, as well as clean, spacious, and well-designed rooms. The free shuttle to the local fair is a great perk, and I really enjoyed the free coffee, water, and desserts that were available all day.

Location was convenient and the rooms were clean with renovated facilities. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. A helpful staff member even allowed me to check-in early which was great.

The hotel lacked proper insulation as the noise from outside the room was clearly audible throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the minibar and amenities were quite expensive and not fully stocked, leaving me without some necessary items.
